TEHO (Tetovski Horski Odzivi) are held every year with the participation of several choirs from different countries. In the annals of the Macedonian music stands that Tetovo city under Shar Mountain is one of the few cities that have long been known for choral music. In the 19th century, during the period of national revival, in Macedonia when it comes to connecting the authentic folk music with European music culture, the city formed choirs generations transfer tradition of choral singing.
